Engine

Powering the Huayra Tricolore is the latest evolution of the Pagani V12, a 6.0-liter twin-turbo engine developed by Mercedes-AMG exclusively for Pagani. Producing 840 horsepower at 5,900 rpm and 1,100 Nm of torque between 2,000 and 5,600 rpm, it delivers relentless thrust across the rev range. This power is channeled through a seven-speed sequential gearbox with an electromechanical differential, a system 35% lighter than a dual-clutch transmission. Its transverse layout reduces polar inertia, sharpening agility and stability, while the ultra-light tri-disc clutch and racing-derived tripoid coupling ensure rapid, precise gear changes.
